Refund Policy

Our main objective is to provide a smooth, flexible parking experience to our customers. This policy highlights how the cancellation of our services actually works and how you get a refund.

We Offer Free Cancellation

The majority of reservations made by the customers will be canceled on request without any extra charges. A refund will come to you in case of cancellation of your booking.

Exceptions

  • In the following cases, the bookings will be non-refundable.
  • Specific special events
  • It's after high discounts.
  • Promotions

Policies related to any parking facility

In case the booking is non-refundable or has specific conditions, it will be explicitly stated during the procedure of reservation as well as in your confirmation email. When you reserve your spot, you are agreeing to those rules.

Procedure to Cancel

Following are the steps to cancel your booking.

  • Log in to your The Parking Station account.
  • Go to "My Reservations."
  • Click "Cancel" next to your reservation.
  • You can also email us with your reservation number, and we will help you cancel.
  • Making Changes to Your Reservation You are allowed to make changes in your reservation up to 1 hour before your parking entry time.

Recalculating Charges

Please note that any modification in your booking will have a real calculation of the charges depending on the new state of your booking.

Refund Policy

  • You are eligible for a refund if you cancel your booking within the given time limit.
  • The parking space provider fails to offer you your promised parking.
  • A duplicate reservation has been made, and you have notified us.
  • Refunds will not be given if the reservation space has not been used.
  • Additional charges will be added to you in case you overstay.
  • A number of bookings having a discount will be non-refundable.

No-Show Policy

In the scenario where you fail to show up to your booking and you haven't canceled in advance, you will no longer be eligible for a default.

Processing Time

Once the refund has been approved, it will be issued to your early update payment method.

The refund will arrive in your account after 5 to 7 working days.
