At the parking facility, you are expected to conduct yourself respectfully and in a responsible manner. Any behavior that is inappropriate, disruptive, or unlawful may end in consequences. This includes being removed from the premises. This also could lead to you being banned from availing the services.

Termination

Quepark reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or even permanently terminate your access to service at any time without prior notice. In the condition of violating the terms, if your access is terminated by us, your ability to use our service will end immediately.

Law, Governance, and Dispute Resolution

• Governing of Law
  Our company terms are in accordance with New York State laws. Even though we operate throughout the US, your agreement is that the company is based on the law of New York.
• Informal Dispute Resolution
  We advise you to reach out to our support in facing any type of issues.. The majority of the issues can be and will be settled without any legal action.
• Binding Arbitration
  In case a dispute fails to be resolved informally, then it will be settled through binding arbitration, which is administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its commercial arbitration rules. The arbitration will occur in Albany, New York.
• No Class Action
  You comply that any arbitration or any legal action will be on an individual basis.
  Disputes will not be combined with others in a single arbitration.
  Class arbitration of class sections is prohibited.
  You may not put forward any claims on behalf of the general public or any other individual.

Changed to the Terms

We have to write to modify and update these terms at any time at our discretion. If any changes are applied, the company will revise its "last updated" date. If you still use our services after revised changes, we will consider you as in agreement to these new terms. Please opt out of our services in case you don't agree with us.

• Complete Agreement

• Waiver
