It is suggested that you arrive at the ARB Parking (JFK) at least 30 minutes earlier before you want to be at the airport. TSA says 2 hours before the flight.
At the ARB Parking (JFK) lot, simply park there. Our team will hand you over a parking ticket. You will have to tell us your number of booking, your name, the time and date of your return. The name of your airline is also needed. Our team will then offer you a claim ticket. You will be given a number. It will be handy when you come back. Please make sure to call us on return when your baggage has been fully retrieved.

You will ride in a shuttle to the terminal. It's a 5-minute trip. It's important to inform us which terminal you need to be dropped off to so that the shuttle service will take the fastest route. Shuttle can carry up to 12 passengers along with their baggage. They leave for the airport every few minutes.
