Absolutely. You may modify or cancel your booking in accordance with the cancellation policy of the parking provider you selected. For specific terms, please review your booking confirmation or reach out to our customer support team for assistance.

In most cases, a digital confirmation is sufficient. Presenting your confirmation email or mobile booking receipt at check-in is typically accepted. However, ARB Parking JFK might request a printed version, so please review your booking details to confirm any such requirements.

It is suggested that you arrive at the ARB Parking (JFK) at least 30 minutes earlier before you want to be at the airport. TSA says 2 hours before the flight.

At the ARB Parking (JFK) lot, simply park there. Our team will hand you over a parking ticket. You will have to tell us your number of booking, your name, the time and date of your return. The name of your airline is also needed. Our team will then offer you a claim ticket. You will be given a number. It will be handy when you come back. Please make sure to call us on return when your baggage has been fully retrieved.

Just 0.8 mi away from the airport. It's a 5 minute ride. We’ll leave you at the departure.

You will ride in a shuttle to the terminal. It's a 5-minute trip. It's important to inform us which terminal you need to be dropped off to so that the shuttle service will take the fastest route. Shadows can carry up to 12 passengers along with their baggage. They leave for the airport every few minutes.

Make a call after your arrival. Please note that you are required to confirm the terminal number. Your vehicle will be put into our ready zone.

Yes, additional charges may apply if your parking duration exceeds the time selected during booking. This policy applies only to direct bookings made with us and not to third-party bookings. Your final charge is based on the actual parking time you selected at the time of booking.
