In most cases, a digital confirmation is sufficient. Presenting your confirmation email or mobile booking receipt at check-in is typically accepted. However, some parking locations might request a printed version, so please review your booking details to confirm any such requirements.
It is suggested that you arrive at the MS Parking (Philly) at least 20 minutes earlier before you want to be at the airport. TSA says 2 hours before the flight.
At the MS Parking (Philly) lot, simply park there. Our team will hand you over a parking ticket. You will have to tell us your number of booking, your name, the time and date of your return. The name of your airline is also needed. Our team will then offer you a claim ticket. You will be given a number. It will be handy when you come back. Please make sure to call us on return when your baggage has been fully retrieved.

You will ride in a shuttle to the terminal. It's a 5-minute trip. It's important to inform us which terminal you need to be dropped off to so that the shuttle service will take the fastest route. Shadows can carry up to 12 passengers along with their baggage. They leave for the airport every few minutes.
Make a call after coming back. Please note that you are required to confirm the terminal number. Your vehicle will be put into our ready zone.

We do not follow the four addresses before subsequent days are charged. This is for booking that we've made directly with us and not a third party. It is important to know that your charged fee is based on the actual parking time which you've mentioned during the booking process.
