Absolutely. You may modify or cancel your booking in accordance with the cancellation policy of the parking provider you selected. For specific terms, please review your booking confirmation or reach out to our customer support team for assistance.
In most cases, a digital confirmation is sufficient. Presenting your confirmation email or mobile booking receipt at check-in is typically accepted. However, some parking locations might request a printed version, so please review your booking details to confirm any such requirements.
It is suggested that you arrive at the MAAS Parking (EWR) at least 20 minutes earlier before you want to be at the airport. TSA says 2 hours before the flight.
At the MAAS Parking (EWR) lot, simply park there. Our team will hand you over a parking ticket. You will have to tell us your number of booking, your name, the time and date of your return. The name of your airline is also needed. Our team will then offer you a claim ticket. You will be given a number. It will be handy when you come back. Please make sure to call us on return when your baggage has been fully retrieved.
Just 0.6 mi away from the airport. It's a 5 minute ride. We’ll leave you at the departure.
You will ride in a shuttle to the terminal. It's a 5-minute trip. It's important to inform us which terminal you need to be dropped off to so that the shuttle service will take the fastest route. Shuttle can carry up to 12 passengers along with their baggage. They leave for the airport every few minutes.
Make a call after coming back. Please note that you are required to confirm the terminal number. Your vehicle will be put into our ready zone.

We do not follow the four-address rule; any additional days are charged accordingly. This policy applies only to bookings made directly with us and not through third-party platforms. Please note that your parking fee is based on the actual parking duration you provide during the booking process.
